Celia Martinez

Celia Martinez is the founder and owner of Pro31 Design, LLC, a landscape services company rooted in Amarillo, Texas. With a keen eye for design and community, Celia is deeply involved in local business networks, including the BNI Business Builders of Amarillo, where she actively cultivates connections and referrals.

She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture at Texas Tech University in 2014. She graduated with a Masters in Business Administration at West Texas A&M University in 2016. She worked as a Landscape Designer and the Head of Maintenance at Custom Gardens from 2014 to 2023 before launching Pro31 Design.

Driven by a passion for crafting beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces, she blends personal attention with professional expertise—ensuring each project reflects both integrity and creativity. Celia’s commitment to Amarillo is as strong as her dedication to quality, making Pro31 Design a trusted partner in turning outdoor dreams into reality.
